We stayed overnight in two rooms and Mauro went beyond the call of duty and displayed exceptional customer service, he was genuinely interested in our visit for the National track and field champs. He was really friendly, helpful and sociable. We had an amazing sleep and the riverside is a fantastic location with lovely views of the river. I would highly recommend this hotel

I'm a pretty loyal PI guest, you get what you pay for and it's usually great value for money. Sadly on this visit things weren't so great. First, my thanks to Claudia, Mauro and Rosie for their high standard of service. I had to request a good-night guarantee refund due to noisy water pipes with the air-con selected on. Every 2-3 hours or so I was woken by what sounded like our bath being filled. A member of staff said it's the same in all rooms. If you don't need air con, there's no problem. Our dinner and breakfast package was OK but the steak was not so nice, not a good quality cut that I am used to at PI. Parking at Riverside multi-storey: all the pay machines were out of order so the attendant had to let us out after an intercom call. That being said, £1 for a 7.30pm arrival and 0800 departure was excellent value. In summary, great staff but not a good night's sleep due to air-con noise. Sorry guys!

Parking was a major issue! I ended up having to circle the hotel 3 times due to parking issues. I was told where to park and when it came to having some money knocked off, they had told me the wrong car park and ended up paying over the odds due to the staff telling me the wrong information. Food in the evening was very poor- raised at the time and they took 2 kids meals off still ended up costing over £25 for 1 adult and 2 children. The room was clean and tidy. Complimentary milk etc.. very minimal as usual. WiFi worked no problem No issues with the room. The lift and lobby spelt of sewage.

Check it was quick and the room was lovely and clean, WiFi worked! Overall I was very comfortable and would return. The only small issue is the lack of parking at the hotel - there is none. Which is a bit inconvenient. Apart from that everything was perfect.

I have to give a big shout out to Marieangela and Rosie who gave me the loveliest warmest welcome on my arrival on Monday afternoon. They were just the tonic I needed after a brutally long journey from Kent ready for a business trip. Rosie was a ray of sunshine and Marieangela poured the best gin and pink soda! Honestly Premier Inn you have a pair of diamonds there and you’re lucky to have them on your Bedford team. Thank you ladies I really appreciated you 🥰
