Do not miss staying at Hartwood House which has a stunning location and a beautiful garden. Rosemary and David are excellent hosts, full of ideas for visits in the area which has lots of interesting gardens and houses. Near enough to the sea and right on the Quantocks with the steam railway close by there is plenty to do before...

The rooms were beautiful and the house is so massive yet it makes you feel homely and welcome. There was tea and cake when we arrived which was homemade and tasted so good, then in the room there was a jar of homemade ginger biscuits which were superb. The place is relatively easy to find as long as you follow...

Our double bedroom with en suite was enormous with comfy chairs, tea tray, king sized bed and a fabulous view of the beautiful garden. Home made cake with our hosts when we arrived and a large choice for breakfast which was beautifully cooked and served. Quiet location with ample parking and very convenient for the West Somerset Steam Railway

Run by the most lovely accommodating couple, who went above and beyond. The hospitality was incredible and I felt so very welcome. The grounds are beautiful! A perfect escape from the city. The night sky is something you can sit and stare at for ages! Great local walks, perfect hot tub, and the addition of Alpacas on the grounds added...

Very sorry Moonhills was a bit chilly. Our 19th century house has large rooms but it is fully centrally heated and double glazed. There are electric blankets in all the beds and supplementary heaters in all the rooms should the central heating not be sufficient. Nevertheless we do like our guests to be be completely satisfied and we will upgrade...

Find it hard to believe there could be a better B and B than this. The rooms are large and comfortable, the gardens are absolutely stunning, and the hosts are the most charming and helpful you could meet. The breakfasts were a delight, as was the coffee and cakes offered not only to us, but to our visitors when they...
