Well, this place could be amazing it needs some time and money being spent on it. The building is a bit of a maze and there were some nice parts that were clean and modern but then some of it was dreadfully old fashioned and needed overhauling. The steam room had broken and missing tiles on the seat, not great for sitting on! The woodwork was peeling and broken too.
There was a small stand in the toilet that was really rusty, I mean really - why? It would have cost all of £5 to replace it or just lose it!
Lunch was edible not horrible but nothing very exciting either.
Agree with the other comment about the slippers, should have been included, also the products they have for treatments are branded products like Clarins yet in the showers there is a basic body wash and no shampoo or conditioner.
I will say the staff were friendly and helpful.
Thank NadiaCAS

I would not go back. The spa area needs a complete refurbishment! They have modernised the showers but nothing else. The towels and robes were tired and off white. The curtains for privacy must be from the 70s - so mouldy at the bottom! The lunch was ok. The massage was good but not what I had requested. The worst thing is that they charge you a pound for the slippers!! Seriously just add it to the cost! I felt I had to keep the slippers as we paid for them! The check-in lady was a little surly!

This is a little disappointing if I’m honest. It’s a beautiful house as you approach. The reception staff were frosty to say the least with a haughty attitude. The curtains in the changing room were dirty and mouldy at the bottom.
The pool and spa pool were nice enough, the massage was decent, no real issues.
Lunch was okay but the dessert of fruit salad was essentially served in an egg cup, it was very mean.
With a bit of effort this could be a great place but it isn’t.
Thank Ruth K

My sister and I enjoyed a short break at Cedar Falls recently .We stayed overnight and pampered ourselves with a couple of treatments each We found the staff to be very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food was plentiful and delicious. A return visit would be great.
Thank Pat C
