Very nice and would stay again. Very warm welcome and nothing was any trouble. They had a lovely lady on reception who made a fuss over my son and gave him sweets. The room was nice clean and modern. The beds were nice and fresh and very comfortable. We had tea and coffee facilities in the room. Free WiFi with...

Usual Premier Inn standard, good quality bed, etc. Only downer was that it was during our recent hot weather and the rooms have no air conditioning so it was rather warm in the room and the fan provided was rather noisy to leave running through the night. Other than that the staff were as friendly as we have come to...

This premier inn is as you expect, friendly staff, nice and clean. However the area surrounding is not ideal, we witnessed a couple of incidents outside the premises during our stay. The brewers fair pub is a nice one, the food is good, but the staff are not as friendly as the hotel staff. This premier inn has yet to...

The Bed/divan was ridiculously low. It was VER Ydifficult to transfer from wheelchair into bed. It had to be done in stages with the use of a chair then onto a couple of pillows piled up etc This was v tiring and dangerous. The bathroom had a low level bath. A wet room would have been far more sensible and...

This hotel was clean and brilliant; just like Premier Inn hotels always are! I found that, for my future trips to Taunton, this hotel is a bit too far from the town center. The breakfast is in the restaurant that is situated in a separate building about 30 seconds walk from the hotel- not very far at all but I...

The hotel and the attached Brewers Fayre restaurant were perfect for my stay on business in the area. The room was clean, practical and had all the basic facilities needed for my visit. Although the menu in the restaurant was limited the food was well cooked and served efficiently. The key positive for me was the the friendly and helpful...

Staff were very friendly, the room great and the breakfast menu excellent. The new item on the menu bubble and squeak was very good and the option of gluten free bread made for a great slice of toast.

Visiting Taunton for evening cricket. Travel via train and the Premier Inn is close to the station. Just a short walk. Also a short walk to the cricket ground. All the staff we came across during our overnight visit were very helpful indeed and noticeably all smiling and seemingly happy in their work, which was really nice to see. Room...

We stayed at this hotel recently whilst I was working. It was a Premier Inn and sort of what you expect - so what makes them different? The hotel is an older style and keys are still used not key cards! Not a problem but we only had one and there was a possibility we may not be together all...
