We stayed here for two nights in October on business, the rooms were very well priced and on arrival although the place could do with a lick of paint the finishing touches were nice. What I mean by finishing touches are the Egyptian cotton bedding is divine, the bath towels are soft and generous, the toilet paper is good quality,...

My husband and I have just returned from a weekend spent at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and so friendly (especially the young lad who served us breakfast). The food in the restaurant was divine and the wine selection was vast. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay with you so lovely!

Staff were trying their best but over worked so individual needs weren't met ie no bread, no veg etc. They were dressed in jeans and with today's fashion of wearing them halfway down their backsides it was, in our mind, totally unacceptable they looked scruffy. The meals were just ok some of our group had the chicken liver starter when...

Stayed for a night whilst on holiday in August. Room was clean, staff were friendly and certainly earned their pay during the key card problem running up and down the stairs to open the room. Evening meal in the restaurant was great, High quality local produce and some very nice cider on tap. Although the bed itself was comfortable once...

A great hotel with ample parking. Extremely welcoming surroundings and friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast menu. The hotel boasts it's own wine shop, and for the real ale drinker; offers a very acceptable pint of St Austell's Tribute Pale Ale. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
