Stayed here whilst working in the area and staff was friendly, and food was ok for price but hotel reminded me of a old office block or what would have been a business converted in to a hotel and not the best job of it the rooms was absolutely freezing I have never stayed at a colder hotel in 14 years...

We went as a small party on the Saturday night, what an excellent start to Christmas. The hotel looked really festive and classy, the food was outstanding and the main course was served piping hot and the coconut and lime cheesecake was truly delicious. The entertainment was brilliant, the Jersey Boys were on stage for an hour and ten minutes...

I've stayed here 5 or 6 times now and it's always been clean and tidy with lots of hot water. It also has great "pub grub". It's also in a nice quiet location where it's easy to relax and wind-down, unlike some next-to-the-motorway lodges who shall remain nameless. Breakfast was a buffet and basic but plenty for me (tea/coffee, fruit...

Very clean and tidy, great staff, good food, very quiet would go again if down in that area, we were racing at Croft Circuit so was perfect and great value. Small downside area looks a bit run down and a bit difficult to find with Nav. Oh Wi FI not great !

Only booked the very last minute. I admit the price swung the deal, so didn't expect much. So was pleasantly surpirised at how good everything was. It satisfied my needs for an overnight stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Hope to use again, if I'm done that area again.

I recommend the hotel if you are looking for a no frills budget hotel operated by a husband and wife that can make you feel like home. Don't expect a spa, swimming pool, gym or high fashion furniture and decoration, but what you do get for a reasonable price is a clean spacious room with breakfast. Parking available. I stayed...

Visited only to have the Sunday Carvery. To be honest when we pulled up I thought oh my goodness where have they brought me! No frills or spoils but I thought well here now and hungry. Somewhat dated inside and reminded me of a 80's throwback, Place was really busy. We were served at the bar very quickly and purchased...
