I stayed at Mo's while working in Darlington and this lovely house felt more like a home. Mo was so accommodating whilst also respecting our privacy. The house is so well kept, it feels like you have the best of both worlds between a hotel and staying in a home. Would highly recommend. Thank you Mo!

Absolutely suberb stay in this guesthouse, Mo was lovely from the first minute we arrived and even after we had checked out. The guesthouse was lovely a real home from home, the breakfast, rooms and host were brilliant. Would stay there again without doubt and recommend to anybody.

I came up to Darlington with my other half as he is based in the army up here and had such a lovely stay at the woodland guesthouse. Brilliant service by the owner, she was extremely helpful, warm and welcoming. The house, rooms and beds were amazing. We had use of the kitchen and living room which was lovely. Very...

Partner & I stayed 7 November, as we were filming for Bargain Hunt the following day. We were warmly welcomed by the owner MO, who showed us around and explained the facilities. Our bedroom was large and the bed was oh so comfortable, our only regret was we could bring it home. The place was spotlessly clean. Would we recommend...

Excellent service and warm hospitality. The owner serve very nice breakfast, following our request. The house is very clean as well as room and bathroom. This is third time for me to stay there, it proves how good is it.

My husband and I were made to feel like part of the family. Our room was very well equipped ,the bed was very...

Mo is a star. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms spacious and spotless. Breakfast excellent and at a time to suit you. Free run of the kitchen. To top it all - when I left my Kindle (other ereaders are available) Mo rang up and arranged to put it in the post - service with a smile. We will be...

My 16 year old son and I were doing a cycling trip from kettlewell up and across Hadrian's wall over four days and we loved Mo's care and concern to make our nights rest perfect. She even found a secure place for our bikes at the end of the kitchen. Brilliant breakfast best B&B I've ever stayed in.

I stayed here for the night and it was very good. The owner made sure she was at the guesthouse for when I arrived. There are shared bathroom facilities and they were very clean, as was the room and the whole guesthouse. I had a full English breakfast, but there were also yoghurts and cereals on offer too. I was...

Stayed overnight last week. Read the other reviews of this B&B. Every word is true. The cleanliness, the freedom to use the kitchen & living room, the comfy bed, the delicious breakfast, the closeness to town centre - all true - but, what made this stay special was Mo's hospitality. If we come back to Darlington hopefully there will be...
