Eaten here many times. This time as part of a business function, which is always difficult catering for about 100 covers. Food and service was good. Food was tasty, hot, and fresh. Staff attentive. Highly recommended once again

Due to a mix up with original booking (my mistake not theirs)The Restaurant manager at the time, fixed the problem very quickly, with the minimum of fuss and to the satisfaction of those of us concerned. Thank you Carl. The meal was outstanding and considering how busy the restaurant was, we didn't wait very long from the time our order...

Just left after a two night stay for a wedding. The hotel itself isn't perfect and could do with more modern bedrooms but you can not fault the view from the rooms and the service. The wedding team were so good, the food was beautiful and the terrace was gorgeous. I will definitely be returning for a weekend away in...

We stayed for a wedding and had a fantastic time. The best quality hotel shower in any room for years. Must in particular mention Sol who waited on us at breakfast and during the day. Very professional.

My husband and I spent two nights in this hotel. From the time we arrived till the time we checked out the service has been impeccable. The room that was assigned to us was down a narrowing corridor, I had trouble trying to get my scooter into the room,( I am disabled). My husband went to the reception to query...

This was our 3rd visit and we enjoyed our 2 night stay. 2 small criticisms-it was very windy and the there was a moaning noise from the windows which was only an irritant and did not disturb our sleep. Our room (108) was directly above the function room and there was very loud music on the Saturday which did not...

Hotel's main selling point is the wonderful views over Poole Harbour (rooms with a view need booking). Room was fine, but lacking character (which you semi-expect from a chain). The bathroom was adequate - everything was there and enough room to use all facilities without any problem, however absolutely no storage - wash bags had to go on the floor!...

Lovely weekend break at this hotel with the benefit of the use of the spa facilities, tennis court & outdoor pool/hot tub at the sister hotel The Haven, which is a 5 minute drive away. Great customer service, food is excellent especially the breakfast and a peaceful atmosphere. Up a hill 5 minutes from the bay so maybe not for...

It's a great hotel, looks tired from the outside but well kept inside. Room was a good size and the view was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel, it made all the niggles minor in comparison. The restaurant was nice, service was slow and it's quite expensive, but good was good. £8.20 for a glass of...

The manager of this hotel is extremely helpful, friendly and very considerate. I had an incident in relation to original booking and with no hesitation the manager moved my booking and sorted my husband and I out. In general, great bar, great breakfast and lovely room along with a very large bathroom. I considered this value for money. In relation...
