We stayed at the Innocence Rooms for the second time on a visit to Ipswich for a family party nearby. I cannot rate the service highly enough. Sally, the manager contacted us before the visit to check that we had booked into the correct property - they have 2 in Ipswich and I had made a mistake and booked the...

Many thanks for your observations. Anything less than 5 stars concerns us (!), so we have given thought to these. We readily acknowledge we are offering a fairly unique concept, which has generally been very well-received. We think the foregoing reviews bear this out. However, we do recognise it won't suit absolutely everybody. One point we feel needs correcting revolves...

We stayed for overnight visit to Ipswich to see a show. Accommodation at the innocence rooms in Ipswich was fab. As there were three girls staying we were given the studio apartment. We could not of asked for more. It was excellently clean and plenty of room for the three of us. We arrived early afternoon and as the weather...

We booked up an overnight stay at the Innocence Rooms, originally because we were looking for cheap accommodation for an event. The rooms far of a far better standard than we were expecting; clean, quiet and exceptionally tasteful. The accommodation itself is only a few minutes taxi ride from the docks, which is a great location for evening food &...

We have just returned from a weekend at Innocence Rooms. Nine of us stayed over 2 nights and the whole experience was excellent. The rooms were large, clean and beautifully decorated. My partner and I stayed in the Studio and were amazed. The breakfast was excellent and perfect for what we wanted. Suzie and Suzanne were helpful, friendly and made...

very relaxed and laid back boutique B&B, slightly unusual as breakfast self service but beautifully laid out buffet plus all you need to cook your own. Use of large well equipped kitchen can self cater if you like but as we only stayed for a couple of nights we ate out. The owner was there to chat at breakfast but...

Thanks for your kind observations and your feedback re. the fabric conditioner. In the light of your comment, we're looking into this and will either (1) change the brand we use or (2) ensure we use less of it. Either way, we'll ensure the sheets are less overpowering on your next visit. Best regards,

Just arrived home after having a wonderful experience at Innocence Rooms. Everything from the minute you arrive until you leave is faultless. We loved the original concept that the owners have achieved with their self-service food, free of charge 24/7. The idea is you have complete freedom to use the house, the luxurious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, dining-room & conservatory....

Hi Barb and Ron. How could I not respond to such kind words!! Thank you both for the things you said. In the event, your comments apply to the Innocence Rooms West accommodation but we really appreciate them, nonetheless. We look forward to your next visit. Best regards. Stephen

What a breath of fresh air as a model for accommodation in fine surroundings without the regimentation of a hotel or guest house. Standard of room excellent, decor lush, bathroom sumptuous. Loved the large Kitchen and Conservatory with option of a 24 hour snack available by just helping self. Buffet cold breakfast kicked-on my week old healthy eat regime. Would...

Me and my partner stayed over the weekend and we can honestly say this place is amazing, cannot fault anything with our stay, we stayed in the massive studio room which was beyond our expectations, away from the road at the rear and lovely views into the garden, and even a private conservatory. The bed was massive and very comfy....
