Staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for more tea bags and she gave me a paper bag with plenty in which I appreciated. Hand sanitiser station were available at check in and when entering the room corridor and breakfast, and all felt very clean and COVID safe. Room and bathroom were spotless, smelt brand new! Breakfast was great. Good location for getting food delivered. Would definitely stay again, good value for money.

Absolutely love Premier inn. Always great service, always fantastic, spacious rooms and top cleanliness when considering recent covid outbreak. Would stay again without hesitation. Chantry Park premier Inn is situated in a lovely area just in Sproughton, easier to access by car than bus.

Everything in place for Covid 19 procedures, room clean, all facilities and extras available from reception if required. We have stayed here a lot of times now, it is convenient for our visit to relatives in the area, quiet and we like the Beagle next door for the odd meal and drink. The staff are always so efficient, friendly and cannot do enough for you.

As a regular customer of Premier, we looked forward to our first visit in the Suffolk area. We were attending a family get together in the pub (The Beagle) next door. The service at the Premier was first-class, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were looking forward to the breakfast (based on other locations) but were disappointed. The ingredients tasted bland, except for the sausage, and the mushrooms (looking really nice - juicy and large on the menu) turned up small, dry and wrinkled. Really disappointed, hopefully you will up your game on the kitchen Chantry Park.
