Unfortunately these days you have to consider how good, or bad, is the WiFi. Since Premier Inn has introduced two levels of WiFi the free one is less than useless forcing you to pay £5 for 'Ultimate' WiFi which is actually 'Normal' WiFi. As for the hotel it is very clean although there were a few cobwebs at ceiling level...

Good hotel as premier inns go. Friendly staff, quiet location A little worried about the fact it's a rural location & you walked straight into hotel up to your room with no locking doors (by locking I mean key coded access) Other premiers have had this that we've previously stayed in (think in fact all of them had this) if...

Stayed here for a weekend to attend a football game at Ipswich Town. The hotel is handily located just off a main road which bypasses the town and is fine if you have a car, otherwise not. The hotel is very good, clean and efficient with good bedrooms and simple bathrooms. There is a good pub next door, popular with...

The staff are all caring, efficient, friendly and extremely helpful - we do go there more often than other Premier Inns, but we do style at four or five others every year, and have been more than satisfied with every stay.

Stopped for 2 nights, welcoming friendly staff, situated next to a country pub. Good parking at hotel, rooms are basic but clean with comfortable beds and tea and coffee facilities. Shower only bathrooms and room did not have air conditioning. Free wifi but very slow can upgrade to premium service for a fee. Had breakfast which had plenty of choice...

Checked in at 9pm on Christmas night. All staff cheerful and welcoming. Had a standard double room with ensuite shower room. All very clean and tidy. The breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent. If you choose the continental breakfast the choice was very good, better than in some much more expensive hotels we have stayed in. My son...

First impressions count. The staff were superb explaining the hotel and facilities. The room itself was of a high standard. I slept well and breakfast was good. A nice way to end the working day and start the next one.

Great value hotel for anyone staying in the Ipswich Area Winstons (Pub next door) serves excellent food and the Park & ride Bus service into town centre is just 5 minutes drive away and cost £4 to park and transport two of us to Town & back
