We have stayed at Premier Inns for several years. For our latest visit we found the same 1st class accommodation. Comfortable beds, very clean everywhere, excellent bathing facilities (very hot water - and a bath!) and plesant and helpful staff. With easy internet booking, excellent room rates and a restaurant right next door - a very stress free and enjoyable... More

1. The post code they sent us did not take us to the hotel precisely. 2. Breakfast is in a pub next door and i had to pay extra to have a hot chocolate. Otherwise the standards and comfort of premier inn was excellent, as usual.

We had 3 rooms and we could not have asked for a nicer stay. The staff especially Angie, Jodie and Stacey could not do enough for us they are a credit to your hotel. A special thanks to all three of them. I noticed a previous review that mentioned not having an iron and ironing board I would just like... More

We stayed at South East Ipswich Premier Inn Friday and Saturday nights, 2 rooms for 4 people. We were very pleased with our rooms. Everything was clean. Beds extremely comfortable. Able to adjust the heating easily. Only issues I have with all Premier Inns is that there is no iron/ironing board and no heated towel rail in the bathroom. Check... More

The hotel is clean and we had a good overnight stay. It is on an industrial estate and it is a small hotel but don't let that trouble you. Breakfast is served in the pub next to the hotel. You can get a meal on an evening in the pub.

Premier inn hotel itself was ok. Very quiet, not many guests . Helpful staff. But the adjoining Brewers Fayre was the worst we've ever encountered. Simply awful. Rubbish management, processes. Lack of enough staff to cope too. Food took 45 minutes and then was not that hot. Lots of other people complaining around us. Breakfast was ok but again a... More

Very functional place to stay - in industrial are SE of Ipswich - close to A14. We had the family room which had a double bed plus 2 singles - so perfect for us. Bathroom is good - with strong shower over bath. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms have tea making facilities. Highly Recommend

This was my first stay at any Premier Inn and I wasn't expecting much - I had it very much in the 'low-grade budget chain' box in my head. But my perception has completely changed thanks to the outstanding reception staff and the high quality of the bed, linens and room generally. With decent free wifi and a good breakfast... More
