Booked as a late surprise birthday trip. We were amazed by the lovely welcome, helpful and friendly staff especially Deana and Alex. The room was spotless. Breakfast continental style in the room due to COVID was fine .Superb bathroom with waterfall shower Beautiful views from the balcony, could not fault the place, only problem we should have stayed longer !!! No problem we will be back. Many thanks for a lovely stay. Bernardine Francesca

Stayed two nights. Rooms are ample sized, smashing shower room which is very clean, also tea and coffee, small fridge with milk, juices, yogert, cheese and butter. . There's also cereals and biscuits and crackers. King sized comfy bed and the room looked out over the harbour. Good sized balcony. Pub restaurant downstairs with smashing staff. Worth a visit. We loved it.

Having only living in nearby Ipswich unfortunately our boiler broke and couldn't be fixed until the Monday so we decided to treat ourselves to a stay. What a great decision as the place was amazing, fantastic scenery from the balcony a very comfortable bed in a spotless apartment it was everything we'd hope for plus more. The check in and check out was faultless and very friendly and although we didn't have food or drink in the downstairs bar it looked very welcoming and warm and we will definitely be returning again. Highly recommend
