My stay at the Bentley Tower Hotel was due to a business trip and the booking was influenced by the reviews on Trip Advisor. As I've arrived to the hotel, there was no official greeting, apart from 'What's your name?' and 'Here is your key, you are in room 4.' I mean, a little direction where the room is, would...

Travelling for work my colleague and I enjoyed a one night stay in this excellent hotel. Rooms were clean, excellent facilities and importantly really comfortable beds. We started the day with a lovely full English breakfast in the lovely dining room. A really comfortable stay and we'd stop again if staying in Ipswich.

People from the manual are nice and helpful. It's all you need in a long yourney (towels, soap, shampoo, iron, ironing board, hair dryer clear cotton sheets, the best bed in the world). It's clean and comfortable. Beautiful presents and delicious breakfast.

The two staff where friendly and helpful. My room was clean, cotton sheets on the bed and well appointed. Compared to 'factory' hotel options locally it was very different. There was also a good 30 min running route nearby and I felt safe jogging it. The old film pictures that adorn the walls are really different from the bland stuff...

Not worth your time or your money. I am a seasoned traveler and I had a booking via a third party website for one night over the weekend. I had to cancel my booking because that family event I was due to attend was cancelled at the last minute due to ill health. I was bounced from third party website...

Lovely old place and original features. koi pond is a good feature too. the walls are adorned with film posters and they do make interesting reading. The room cleanliness you cannot fault. the bed linen is spotless. The small single room I had however was a little tired, the carpet and the paint work need attention as does the shower...

The Bentley Tower Hotel is a family run hotel (rare in itself these days) with an array of truly fantastic framed film posters adorning the walls everywhere you look, giving it a quirky, welcoming and individual charm. Although the decor (film noir theme) may not be up to all tastes, I felt that it gives the Bentley Tower Hotel a...

Room comfortable and clean but needs a little tlc especially in en suite which was rather tired. Loo and shower in en suite but basin in room whch was rather odd as...

It is such a pity that the owners do not read these reviews and act upon them! I arrived to be faced with a total lack of greeting that Basil Fawlty would have been proud off. "The front door was already open!", in response to my ringing the door bell "The reception is through there" general wave in a even...
