I stayed with my 6 year old for 2 nights at the Promenad. The owners, Ian and Martine, were lovely - very friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a sea view room. The room, on the top floor, had wonderful views and I enjoyed watching the sun set behind the pier. The room was very clean and spacious. Great location for us - we didn't have a car during our stay, so found the B&B ideally situated for getting around on foot. It is right between the Great Orme and Little Orme, and I imagine a lot quiter than the B&Bs by the pier. We had a short walk from Llandudno train station and enjoyed our walks along the promenade to the pier. Great breakfast and very comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend to others and we will certainly be returning.

My family and I stayed here for just the one night but we will be coming back again very soon as we can't get enough of the place! The hotel is very beautiful and very clean. The owners where absolutely fabulous, treated us like family and went above and beyond for us. We took our 9 month old with us and made us feel very welcome And took care of her in every way possible..... 10/10 a must for the family.
