This was our second stay at The Clontarf, en route to a holiday in Anglesey. We originally chose it because it is 'dog friendly' (we have a large Labrador), and it is close to the sea. The owners are friendly and obliging but also unobtrusive. The rooms we have stayed in are thoughtfully decorated and beautifully clean and fresh.... Absolutely...

The Clontarf, is a small hotel in a quiet part of Llandudno, near the west shore. With its own little car park and plenty of unrestricted on road parking, you are very much left to your own devices in this little hostelry. The rooms are all very individual, with at least one being on the ground floor. This one has...

We booked this hotel after reading the reviews. Among many "excellent" ratings there was one that was aggressive with a rating of "terrible". We don't like bullies and this influenced our choice Our decision turned out to be well justified. Nothing is perfect but this hotel has everything you need, a warm and friendly atmosphere, space, comfort, excellent facilities and...

Lovely warm welcome from Mark on our arrival as always. Stayed in the Enchanted room, with a sleigh bed and memory foam mattress, on the top floor this time. We have previously stayed in the majority of the rooms, all of which are unique and offer outstanding comfort. Enjoyed lovely freshly cooked breakfasts, which were filling and accompanied by lots...
