Ideal for our golfing groups stay with excellent breakfast service, attentive staff and owners, although a long walk to the pier for older people, the adjoining private car parking makes this perfect for us to access easily and quickly all routes to golf courses and amenities beyond Llandudno such as Bodnant gardens.

Excellent small hotel. Good choice of food at breakfast and well cooked. All staff friendly and accommodating and parking facilities available. Also owners always available to deal with any unforseen problems.

A very good experience at this hotel. Its position on the seafront is ideal with its own parking adjacent, making it easy for guests with mobilty issues. The lift was useful and necessary for getting luggage to the third floor. The rooms were of a good standard with comfy beds, plenty of hot water, TV, telephone, hairdryer. I had a single room and although compact it had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay and a good nights sleep. The quality of the breakfast was excellent with a good choice of freshly cooked ingredients. Just a shame the resturant wasn't open in the evening but when I rang beforehand I was given good recommendations of where to eat locally. The staff were so helpful and gave us valuable local information so we could could make the most of our visit. I would definately stay at this hotel again. …

Golf group of 12 for 3 nights. 3* Hotel lovely stay - warm, friendly staff. Breakfast service and food was lovely. Cereals/full Welsh breakfast/fish - good choices for all. Room is very good with comfortable bed and a very good shower. Coffee machine and tea with biscuits in room. TV and plenty of sockets to charge batteries/ phones etc. 3 floors and a lift available. Free car parking on site.

The hotel is in good position with car park , Good B/fast, very good staff, great towels ect, the hotel does not have a restaurant at this time due to recruitment problems in Llandudno, but this seem a problem for the whole town
