We have stayed here many times and as always the excellence of the experience never ceases to diminish. The ambience the building and the staff always exceeds our best expectations. We would also recommend dining in the restaurant. (Treat yourself)

Twelve of us went to Osborne House to celebrate a birthday and we were pleased that we had. We loved the full afternoon tea. The barabrith, scone and Bakewell tart were all moist and delicious. Vegetarian options for the sandwiches weren't listed but were arranged promptly Service was excellent and we appreciated the elegant and stately surroundings.

Visited today to celebrate a special occasion and was really pleasantly surprised. The setting is impressive and the food and customer service was equally impressive. We had two young children in our party and the staff were very considerate (brought two cold plates to transfer from a piping hot one, brought cushions for them to sit on). They were attentive...

Spent the weekend here with my wife and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Osborne House only has six rooms, each of which is a suite. The one we stayed in (104 - Katie) was on the second floor and consisted of two large rooms which had been 'knocked' into one - large canopied bed in one, lounge with settee, dining...

The suite is fabulous, first floor overlooking the sea, and a view of the promenade sweeping round the bay. The staff are very attentive as soon soon as you arrive. Marek helped us with our luggage as we were staying 6 days. Rajmund is the Housekeeper, and the place is spotless, and he greets you everyday with a smile. Joanne...

I thought Osborne house was on the Isle of Wight until I found a brilliant family run hotel of the same name in Llandudno, Wales largest seaside town. Now the truth is we are what you could call fussy travellers and are always looking for a mix of quality, service and if we can find it a little quirkiness added...
