Stayed here for 3 nights as part of an organised trip. The hotel is very old fashioned but spotlessly clean and our room was lovely - large and airy though it was on the back of the hotel with no view as such. Our only complaint was with the bathroom door - The hotel location is spot on being on... More

This hotel is getting very dated and only caters for the elderly. While saying that there is no lift to the first floor so we saw people with walking sticks really struggling with the stairs. The back entrance from the garage is hard to negotiate with narrow steps, and with no one to greet you, you have to make your way through... The hotel is clean as are the rooms which are cleaned daily. The reception and staff are very helpful. There is nightly entertainment so if you are easily woken then ask the staff on booking a room if its possible to be in a room away from the bar area where the artist is playing. The food is good and... More

Thank you for the lovely comments about our staff, they work hard to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. We have a variety of fully equipped en-suite bedrooms and I would recommend one of our lovely rear rooms next time, if you retire early. Our nightly entertainment starts at approximately 8.30pm each evening and finishes at... More

one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. Very old fashioned, very bland overcooked food, watery plaice brussel sprouts and reheated roast potatoes Very rude elderly lady on reception. One step up from an old peoples care home. A million miles away from the tyndale next door. If you are eldery and want very old fashioned at expensive prices... More

We feel that this review is unjust in many ways and we would like to point out the following reasons why. Our hotel is family run and has won awards each year for the last six years. Our four chefs work extremely hard to cater for all diets and during this period of time they received numerous compliments from other... More

It is lovely to have our four wonderful chefs greatly appreciated, they work hard to cater for all dietary requirements. We look forward to you visiting again in the not to distant future. More

My standard reviews always begin like this....if you want all of your creature comforts of home when you travel, you should do yourself a favor and just stay home as nothing will compare. Second, if you treat people courteously, chances are good that you will be treated the same way. If you are traveling on holiday or vacation, remember that... More

Stayed at the St Kilda Hotel, Llandudno while on a coach trip to North Wales. Upon our arrival we were greeted with tea & scones. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was great. There is a lift in the hotel which makes it ok for the elderly and disabled. The hotel is situated right opposite the prom which... More

This place was just wonderful. Combination of classic B&B and a hotel. We had a room and meal package for 4 days/3 nights. Food was outstanding and a great selection list. In particular the soups and desserts deserve special note. The breakfast and dinner meals were outstanding.
