Lovely welcome from staff. So nice to be treated well. Great breakfast, waitress very attentive. Offered at booking tea & scones on arrival but we were rather late but could have had next day. Very disappointed with room as sink was very low down, I impossible to wash in it. We had booked late but would have expected better facilities as still full price. I would advise folks to check room first if possible.

We visited this lovely hotel as a family of four. We stayed in the family room for 2 nights. We ate our breakfast, we had lunch here too one day and we also had a late night snack too. The food is really good quality and you can tell it’s made fresh to order. The service was absolutely incredible, I have never come across a hotel that would go out of their way to make sure their guests are happy, even the little guests were made to feel special. Every staff member we came across were so lovely, the cleaners, breakfast staff, the guy that was running around sorting our lunch out whilst he was still setting up the outdoor area and the amazing reception staff ( you know who you are) thank you! Our kids didn’t want to leave and neither did we to be honest! Thank you for a great stay, we will be sure to book again very soon.

Great location in centre of Llandudno Bay, hotel itself ok, tired looking, food good, bedrooms are basic,, we had a twin room beds are rock hard, if your on the large size you would struggle in the shower cubicle, there is a lift, and wi fi in the public areas, They have parking at the back but you must request a space and there is a charge, what makes this Hotel is it's staff, they were all very helpful and cuteous, and will do their utmost for you to enjoy your stay.

Thank you very much for taking the time our to leave us this feedback. Firstly, I'm really glad to hear that you liked the food and appreciated how hard the staff work. We have an incredibly commited team and it's lovely to see their efforts recongised. I'm really sorry that you were disappointed with your room. Please know that we encourage you to tell us at the time if there are any problems so that we can move you. As this is a Victorian Building the rooms are all different shapes and sizes, so hopefully we could move you to a room you liked. Updating the rooms is a constant process of replacement and redecoration and the brakes have been put on that temporarily due to Covid but as soon as business fully rebounds that will resume. Thanks again for your review
