Stayed here for one night prior to the Dragon motorcycle rally in Snowdonia, and was struck when booking by the consistent quality of reviews on this and other sites. It's nice to be able to confirm that it's all true! Don's an excellent host, the building maintained in an absolutely spotless condition, and the rooms are of very good quality,...

Very pleasant place to stay, close to the train station and convenient for the beach & shops etc. Very clean, efficient, runs like clockwork. The breakfasts are perfect and would definitely stay here again. Love the fact it's a 'quiet house after 9.30pm' - great for a relaxing break.

I stayed here alone for a two night break just after Christmas and was very impressed with everything. I stayed in room 5 which was cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, plenty of choice and the quality of the food was excellent. Don couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating and it all made for a great start to the...

A gem! This lovely small hotel could not be more conveniently located for the amenities of Llandudno. From the warm, friendly welcome, to the cosy bedroom, and hearty breakfast before we left, we cannot fault our stay. Don and Janet are wonderful hosts, and have created a hotel with all the home comforts...tastefully decorated, clean and cosy. We had an...

This is a very comfortable hotel and we received a warm welcome. The twin room on the top floor was lovely and very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was great and there is cereal and fruit if you prefer. The location is ideal as it is near the centre of town but on a nice street just off the main road...

Big comfortable rooms, very good central location, excellent breakfast. Only drawback is parking, it is free parking on the road outside but free does not mean there is any space. Booked based on a review that mentioned the parking without the "but". Close to the railway station though.

We Stayed two nights at Karden house and cannot find any faults with this hotel. The rooms were clean, well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The host were charming and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will definitely be booking again.
