Really enjoyed my stay here from sat 29th oct to sunday morning .room was great nice warm bed and plenty tea and coffee an offer and room was very clean and tidy and staff were very friendly 2 women they made me and my partner feel very welcome and made our stay great one and breakfast was really lovely really...

Very clean and spacious room with excellent on suite.Fantastic breakfast catering for all needs and nothing is too much trouble for the very pleasant staff.Superb Internet WIFI ,would be more than happy to stay there again,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very convenient for station and town. Good welcome, clean and smart. Good breakfast with very pleasant staff on each day. Note that breakfast time is limited so plan ahead! Would certainly stay there again.

This was a very good place. It is located just a couple of minutes walk from the main street but being on a side street it wasn't noisy. If you cannot park on one of the side streets there is a public church car park within one minute's walk which charges £2 for overnight parking. The rooms were very comfortable...

This is a friendly and thoughtfully run guest house. I only stayed one night but noticed a lot of the guests at breakfast were greeted on first name terms and asked if they wanted 'their usual' for breakfast so they obviously have regular returning visitors, or are very attentive. Comfortable room, excellent breakfast - loved the fresh fruits - strawberries, blueberries, melon etc. Very helpful - put our bikes in the utility room overnight and offered to store our bike panniers after checking out time so we could cycle around the great Orme without our tour luggage. Comfortable lounge and happy to provide plates and cutlery if wanting to...

I don't often give excellent ratings but this place deserves nothing less. Clean,Comfortable and warm beds, an excellent breakfast with a young man serving who very keen to help, a friendly owner and all at a good price. Highly commended, we would be happy to visit again.

Excellently clean and lovely room, apart from the noise from the water pipes outside and the lights from the kitchen below. We were in room one. Breakfast was brilliant and plentiful and staff and owner very nice and helpful

First of all we reach there very early and we just asked if is possible to leave our luggage there while we go around till is time for check in. Janet was very nice, we had a warm welcome and she said is perfectly fine and we had room key. The place was incredible clean, fresh air and all bedding...
