A delightful, Family-owned small Hotel set in the heart of North Wales' premier resort Town. Open all year. Standing in a tree lined avenue which is lparticularly lovely in the Autumn. Award winning establishment. Large enough to ensure your enjoyment yet small enough to care. As listed in "Hidden places of Wales.

A great weekend as normal but without the hustle and bustle of the Victorian weekend. This was our first break since July 2020 which we looked forward to very much. Despite the restrictions caused by Corona, Janet and her staff pulled out all the stops to ensure the best stay possible. The dining room and communal room were both closed due to Government restrictions so breakfast was delivered to our rooms. Janet supplied us with plates dishes and cutlery for use with take away meals. This saved us having to take our evening meals outside the cafes that were open. It did get cold once the sun went down. In conclusion we thank Janet for her work ensuring us of the best possible weekend break. We definitely recommend this hotel.

We stopped here for a few nights after reading so many good reviews, booked last minuted as many hotels in the area were unavailable. Location is good but if had been close to the sea or had a sea view room, that would have been nice. Parking a nightmare is the area as other people had been fined for parking nearby. Where the hotel is situated is in an odd place, the view we had was of someones back yard, the small window only let a small bit of light in the room. The host is a nice lady and helpful. Downside was our room was not clean, hairs in bathroom, on the bed and on pillows, fridge was broken..and the room was very small. No hand sanitizer - no shower gel - no hand cream I wouldn't have spent the day here, but ok for sleeping. I wish the breakfast room had been opened but with covid, had to have breakfast in the room. The food options were strange, egg, omelette, sausage in a tortilla wrap? We had toasties, and were given a drink and a piece of fruit. Sorry but we didn't like this place, if we could have changed the booking, we'd have gone to a hotel we'd been to before

I stayed with my young daughter for the bank holiday weekend, and found it to be clean, with comfy beds and nice linen. The decor and furniture in the room and throughout was the nicest I've ever seen in a small independent hotel/b&b. Attention to detail was high -- for example a face cloth being provided, and a biscuit and fruit tea being included with the usual hospitality tray contents. The room also had a small fridge and a safe, rare luxuries for a hotel of this price on the UK. The breakfast was excellent. Because of Covid it was delivered to the door, but one could order the night before, and the choice was really good. The owner was always on hand and very nice. The proximity to the railway station was a big bonus for me, but the promenade and shops were also very close. Although our room was on the top floor the stairs are not steep

Had a lovely 4 night stay here. Rooms were clean and beds very comfy. Unfortunately no breakfast in the dining room due to covid. Instead each morning had a breakfast toastie brought to the room with a bag of goodies and drink for lunch time. Very friendly place would recommend a stay here.

Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the dining room is closed due to covid 19 but a good breakfast was served in our room and came with an assorted goody bag for lunch time. Good value for money
