Have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Cliffbury and have nothing but praise. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and relaxed and found that nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in room 6 and the separate seating area is a real bonus. The breakfasts are exceptional both in the choices available and the quality. We look forward to visiting again in the near future.

After three previous cancelled bookings due to Covid 19, we were finally able to take our first holiday at the Cliffbury at the end of May 2021. It was well worth the wait. First class Covid measures and precautions were evident throughout, with social distancing, cleaning and sanitising measures in place and as a result we felt totally comfortable and relaxed. Our room (No.2) had everything we needed and the separate bathroom made all the difference. The full Welsh cooked breakfast was excellent, with not only quality local ingredients, but also perfectly cooked by Claire. A very impressive Guest House, friendly and at the same time professionally run by Gareth and Claire. We have already booked again for next year and very much look forward to our next stay (Coronavirus permitting!)

We have just returned from our annual (7years and counting) stay with Gareth and Claire at the Cliffbury. We were a little apprehensive beforehand because of the Coronavirus, but we needn't have worried as they had everything covered and we felt completely safe both in our room and whilst having breakfast. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Keep up the good work and we will see you again next year. Pat and Trevor

We had a lovely 3 day break at the Cliffbury , were we felt every precaution had been taken for our safety with face masks being worn by everyone when inside the guest house , and hand sanitizer at the entrance and in the dining room ,with different sittings for breakfast , to ensure social distancing. Inside the guest house it is spotlessly clean everywhere, with very high standards from our lovely hosts Gareth & Claire , and now to the breakfasts , well what can I say , it is Excellent, with lots of choice , lovely fresh fruit , & so much more to choose from, cafetiere for my coffee , the ingredients for breakfast are really top quality, cooked to perfection , and presented beautifully . We will look forward to returning soon , Thank you for so much for having us in your lovely home . Take Care .

We were greeted by Gareth on our arrival at The Cliffbury before I'd even managed to locate his phone number on my paperwork, a very nice reception and a brief rundown of what to do in these strange times. All is very straight forward as to Covid, masks and sanitizer etc. The Cliffbury is very clean and welcoming, we were in room 3 overlooking the front. The room is lovely and very nicely laid out, and again spotless as was the bathroom. Tea and coffee available and replenished when needed. The breakfast's cooked by Claire, and brought in by Gareth were excellent, there is also plenty of choice. The bed was very comfortable with lovely crisp bedding. Lovely people. Lovely house. Lovely room. Lovely food. Thank you very much to Gareth and Claire. There is also onsite parking, and even for us oldies only a few minutes walk into Llandudno.
