The room was ideal, however the electrics in the room were faulty and I reported the issue to the management at the main reception desk and the gentleman spoke to his colleague whom I'd asked about the hotel's WiFi facilities and said I was trying to pull a scam

It smelt of stale wee and the bathroom floor was sticky. It was very dirty and dated. The lunch was nice. At breakfast my little boy fell through the high...

we spent two nights here, the bedroom was very small and out dated with a very uncomfortable bed. The bathroom was so small it was possible to use the toilet and wash your hands at the same time!! Some of the staff were friendly but others scary and unapproachable. The afternoon tea was nowhere near delicious (as it was advertised)...

Bedroom clean but worn, bed ok. Poor car park (access and space). Food was fine (but breakfast finished at 9:15). Helpful and friendly staff. OK for 3 days at £99 though! Wouldn't want to stay longer.

This hotel was fine, it was clean but tired, staff were helpful and friendly. Food was fine. Would recommend for a few days/weekend but not suitable for longer stays or business trips. Nothing was stand out good or great - the breakfast was the low point but only as the window was tight - 9.15 finish - very early.
