Ballroom good size for dancing or conferences. Hotel right on the promenade just a road to cross then on the beach. disabled access was to the rear as the front had steps...

We attended a TEA Dance held in the Ball Room on the 20 May, it was a superb venue and cannot fault the staff or organisers. They were very attentive and the sandwiches and cakes were excellent . Well Done. Please Organise another. L Green

We were part of a Rail Discoveries group and had to share the dining room with 50 people on the dancing event for the first few days. We were at the back of the room with only walls for a view and because the dance group was replaced by a tour group nearer the windows , there we stayed. The...

Room was ok but service was not. Housekeeping would never replace the wet bath mat despite placing it in the middle of soiled towels; they just hung it back up in the shower. Service in the restaurant was abysmal at best. One waiter kept taking things (milk pitcher, and sauces) from our table and giving it to other tables. Unsanitary...

Good location on sea front. Room clean and well decorated. Breakfast cooked on site but tinned tomatoes and mushrooms, very cheap thin bread for toast. Dinner - a choice of 3 meals with a roast every night, all have the appearance of a TV dinner. Pre cooked meat, new? potatoes out of a tin. Soup made from previous days leftovers....

Staff make a hotel. Tonka and Thomas were outstanding. We found the hotel clean and everything we expected of this star rated hotel. Drinks are reasonable which is refreshing as so often they are a rip off. The hotel is on the sea front so perfect for evening strolls.

We had a first floor seaview room, comfortable, with radiators only needing to be set at warm for pleasant conditions. There was abundant hot water for showers and baths (our Bathroom was equipped with an over bath shower). Food was good and plentiful with quick service from hard working staff. The lift served all floors including access to the carpark...

We stopped over the may day weekend for my birthday and we're slightly disappointed with our room. The room was very warm and with no air con we soon found it to be too warm to be in unless the window was open, but our room was at the back of the hotel near a coach park and was noisy....

Brilliant location. Right on the front. Nice little stroll along the water and not too far from the Pier. Staff are pleasant and rooms are nice and clean, along with comfortable bed. Really good value for money for a trip to Llandudno. The staff were also nice enough to let us check in early due to quiet season. Decent car...
