Stayed just one night. Hotel in magnificent position overlooking the pier and the wonderful Llandudno bay. Staff friendly enough but the rooms are looking tired and worn. bedroom had great sea view, but rusty balcony and bathroom needed major refit, despite being clean.

Yes the lamb used to be beautiful there. That's the first thing my mum does when we check in is look at the menu for the evening meal, She was a bit disappointed so we went to a little place just before marks and Spenser and got a lamb lunch there on the Friday. With a glass of wine. Lovely. Then we had our other meals in the Grand the other nights.
