Lovely, comfortable, clean and wellcoming Guest House and a good hearty breakfast what more could you want, welcoming owners with a good knowledge of the area and beyond making you feel very welcome .Good size TV in your room and little extras make the overall experience enjoyable, will definitely visit again.

We decided to stay overnight in Llandudno after planning a last minute visit to the local theatre. After reading previous reviews we were lucky to be able to book into Glascoed for one night only, often there is a minimum of two nights. At busy times finding a parking space close by can be a little difficult, certainly not impossible...

See room tip, a spotless clean establishment, central for all Llandudno 's amenities. Free on street parking, Comfortable bright rooms, we could see the snow on Snowdon from our back room window plus the Great Orm. Minutes to all, very reasonable costs.

“Great compact everything there lovely small ultra clean up to date bathroom, bed comfy . All you need for a couple of nights. Already booked for next year, & provisional booking June. Very nice couple running this one, Sarah's full cooked breakfast sets you up for a stroll on the Prom. Only a few meters from all Llandudno has to offer & plenty. Great restaurant around corner The Cottage Loaf , next to The Palladium - Wertherspoons. You must try this gem of a B & B. Rob & Carole, East Midkands”
