Went for christmas and New year food was outstanding, hotel was very clean and beds where very comfortable would recommend to anyone. Ian Sue and staffs hospitality was outstanding and planning on visiting again.

The location is excellent close to everything in Llandudno
There is on street parking nearby or on the street outside the hotel for a small fee
The hotel staff are amazing and will accommodate your every need

There is a small lift which fits 2 people, 3 at a squeeze. I have a mobility disability and although there doesn’t seem to be as many accessories as some of the larger hotels speak to any of the staff when booking and whilst there they help in every way. I use a mobility scooter and the hotel has ramps which are quite sturdy to get in and out and the hotel charge my scooter over night. Always ask them if you are not sure as if it’s possible they have alternatives and the owners and staff are so caring and helpful.
