The best afternoon tea beautifully served with excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble to make our afternoon perfect! The table laid with pristine white tablecloths, looking out over the sea. We really would recommend it !

A great hotel, in an ideal location virtually on the promenade, overlooking the sea, the pier, and the great Orme visible to the left. The terrace where meals are taken for breakfast is a large veranda behind glass providing beautiful views. Evening meals can be taken in the restaurant or a separate bar meals menu is available, in either case...

Stayed here for 4 nights B&B in a Superking Double with sea views and balcony. The room itself was of a high standard and it had the biggest bed that we have ever slept in. No complaints with room at all. There is scaffolding on the front (promenade side) of the hotel due to some conversion work taking place but...

Thank you for your detailed review, we are at the moment having development work with our Rooftop Rooms, 5 new luxury rooms with balconies, which will be completed by the end of May 2017. We have, as you comment, tried to cause the minimum of inconvenience to our guests, and as for the bar and lounge it is manned fully...

Four of us had a one night stay on February 19, we were two couples. It was the first time we had stayed at this lovely, grand hotel. Llandudno is a fabulous place, even in winter, however, this hotel makes it even better. Can't say enough how good the staff are, but a special mention for Paul who served our...

Room 305 January 1st-6th. We arrived and settled in to our lovely room and had an amazing evening meal in the Wedgwood Room, where an incredibly good crooner-style singer entertained us all. At first I thought he was a recording, but he was definitely singing live. He was brilliant and the evening highly memorable. Staff were excellent. I must name...

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 night because of a work commitment in the area. The hotel was lovely, and despite extensive improvement works going on there is all business as usual.
