The Shelbourne is a family owned and run Hotel located on the promenade in Llandudno. All 15 bedrooms have ensuite facilities, fluffy white towels and hospitality trays and most rooms have stunning views of our beautiful bay. We have 2 rooms that are specifically kept as dog friendly rooms, so you are most welcome to visit us with your pampered pooch. We also accept well behaved children over the age of 12 years. We are ideally located for the shops, Venue Cymru and obviously the beach, plus we have a CAR PARK with limited spaces, this is only available for guests who book direct with us and a lift to all floors. If after a tiring day exploring our beautiful town, have a drink in our residents bar with the best views of the bay. Come visit in our home by the sea.

The room was absolutely spotlessly clean, lifts to all floors, breakfast had great quality ingredients, was cooked well and served hot and the continental selection was great! Hosts were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us! Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Stayed once again @ the shelbourne for the Extravaganza lovely room 16 newly decorated all the amenities you could ask for stayed a few times now and each return the improvements still come food breakfast exceptional as always staff and host Sarah & berin alway go out on limb nothing to much trouble fantastic place don't know why they get unfair reviews they must be blind that's why 5/5 is 5/5 good on ya guys and staff well done x

We booked a three night break at The Shelbourne for my birthday and had a great time there. The hosts, Sarah and Berin were very friendly and helpful. We had a designated parking space behind the hotel and a lovely sea view from our bedroom. Everything was fresh and clean, having a modern en-suite with walk-in shower. The breakfasts were excellent and the dining room has a lovely view over the promenade and the sea. We would definitely recommend this hotel and intend to return.

Had a fantastic stay over the Easter Weekend, Lovely clean room with a spacious bed we stayed in room 10, breakfast was fantastic well organised and a good variety to choose from. We where made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble, the position is ideal close to everything in walking distance, overall an enjoyable stay . i would highly recommend to anyone looking for that perfect break.

Lovely clean hotel Location on seafront five mins from pier Very welcoming place where nothing was too much trouble You can see how much work they are doing and done especially with the last two very trying years Breakfast was gorgeous well cooked and very organised Beds lovely and comfy had really good nights sleep Tea coffee in rooms with a fantastic view

Had a two night break here with friends. Just what we needed. Lovely friendly owners and staff, recently refurbished rooms with view of the bay. Breakfasts were excellent and car parking included. What more could you want ?

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Shelbourne hotel. I could not praise it enough as nothing Is too much trouble. It is like a home from home a the couple who run the place are so lovely. They made us feel so welcome and were there if we needed them but were never intrusive. Lovely view from our room and the bed was nice and comfy. The hotel is in a brilliant position and central for everything. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. We will definitely be staying here again.
