Very dated. Small room. Building in need of repair. Floors are all bouncy leaving the skirting boards. We were put in 301 with a tiny bathroom you couldnt move in adked for a change moved to 201 at least ut had a better bathroom. Personally i wouldnt go back. Didnt get to see other rooms. The hygiene at breakfast was poor. Thick of grime beside cooler and staff handled bread for toast after clearing tables.

Wife and I plus daughter and dog arrived for a four night stay. The welcome was excellent, a straightforward explanation of the covid restrictions and we were in our room. One double bed and a single with a bay window looking out over the bay - wonderful . We spent at least two hours every night watching the sun go down - amazing. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had recently been refurbished to a high standard and the towels were of Spa quality. The hotel is dog friendly and, for those like us whose dog is not happy alone, breakfast was served in the function room.(dogs are not allowed in the dining room). The service was cheerful, timely with a treat for the dog. The food was very good, especially the bacon, and plentiful. Usually they have a buffet but, due to Covid, the cooked breakfast was plated. It would be difficult to beat. Situated directly on the promenade, literally 100 yards from the town centre for the price, it would be difficult to beat. We will visit again.

Great value last minute booking. Lovely friendly lady on reception - very attentive, managed to get us a parking space in their car park. Nice cooked breakfast delivered to room at pre booked time. Rooms clean & comfortable. Would recommend

We booked for three nights my wife and I we are 74 and 77 but we changed our minds a few days later because of the covid so as far as we were concerned we had lost all of our money the people who run the hotel got in touch with us they gave advice on what we should do which we followed and we got all of our money refunded to our delight I highly recommend these people has someone you can trust so I would book their hotel anytime 😂😂

We did really enjoy our one night stay in Llandudno but that was due to the beauty of the area and the location of the Hotel. The hotel was clean and breakfast was nice. The lady on reception was lovely. At breakfast we were left wondering if we would get served after being seated for 20 minutes without any communication. In our room we had the world's smallest TV, it was about the size an a4 page. The hotel was just a bit tired and neglected in some areas, in our room the tap was wobbling around and needed tightening the bedside tables had veneer missing.
