Rooms were ok, room service ok. Shower room very small and shower door broken. My daughters shower was broken and she had to use ours. Lots of stairs not disabled friendly. Car parking is very difficult. On plus side staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and bar open till late. I wasn't aware they allowed dogs but...

On the first day we visited to the hotel we went on the lift we thought that it was the wrong floor and we didn't realise there are some stairs and then we found the rooms. The food when we arrived was good and on the morning the breakfast was cold.

Stayed two nights for a family get together. Very nice room comfy beds, but a little too warm for me, even with the window open. Buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiiful with a wide choice. The car park is small, and could benifit from better lighting at night. Would definately stay againe.

The Brig Y Don hotel is cheap and cheerful and does everything it says on the tin. If you're looking for 5* grandeur and all the extras, them this is not the place for you. However, of you're looking for a clean, reasonably priced hotel in a prime location, them Brig Y Don certainly fits the bill. The car park...

We where quickly registered and to our rooms. It states that there are lifts to all rooms, however this is a little misleading as once out of the lift we had to go down a small flight of stairs to go up another lot to get to the rooms. The room was clean on arrival but it was OK. Flat...

We visited the Brig Y Don hotel in Llandudno (LL30 2XS), February 2017, what a great time we had too. I cannot fault it in any way at all. The staff were so so friendly, always a smile. As soon as we arrived, we were able to park opposite the hotel, no problem at all, and there is the option...

This hotel is very nice and good value for money with a full buffet English hot and cold breakfast but is let down by saying in the advertising that there are lifts to all floors what it fails to mention that then half the rooms are only accessible by split stairs ie half a flight down then half a flight...
