Arrived for a long weekend Fri till Sun for our 44th wedding anniversary lovely new refurbished hotel we had room 10 -1 level very noisy next to staff service entrance which was in use day and night door needs oiling, plus it was slammed ,our room was quite cold ,through the night early hours creaking floor above, bar area ,we could hear hovering and the hover dragged about, food was not to our taste we did not get told about pre ordering so missed out on choice We dropped our suitcase off when we arrived before checking in which was brilliant, but not allowed to leave it last day so we checked out and pulled suitcase around for most of the day app covid was the reason, we will not stay again ,so annoying we have been on Alfa holidays previous, we booked this not realising it was a Alfa hotel did not realise the menus was the same either , ,please do not send us anymore brochures

The hydro and all the staff was first rate. Service was impeccable and the hotel is run superbly efficiently. They can teach some top rated hotels a lesson in customer service. Well done hydro and all staff.

Water front location just 10 minute walk to the town centre. Excellent breakfast and all staff were attentive and pleasant . The cost was really good value for money. We only stayed one night but will certainly be back. Just wish they had 12 twin rooms available so that I could book a couple of nights next year.

hi everyone, we decided to book a few days in Llandudno over the bank holiday weekend as we were both off work and the weather (finally) looked good. What can I say, the hotel was spotless, staff helpful, our twin bedded room was spacious, beds comfortable. There is a good sized car park at the back, we had no trouble finding a space whenever we drove in or out. A lot of the ground level has had new carpet and a lick of paint, upper levels are a little dated but still clean and tidy. We ate out so cannot comment on the food but all in all, we had a lovely few days. Llandudno itself seems to have had a massive face-lift since we last visited, it's looking very pretty.
