The lady was pleasant, the place very tired and not comfortable, dinning room cold and uninviting, breakfast ok. Shower cubical was suffering from black mold on the grouting, not clean. Grossly overpriced.

The best thing about the hotel is the manager. She is very helpful but the room is cold, it is not up to standards, so there is air coming out of the windows, damp on the roof, mold shower and the shower is not strong at all. We have to wait 10min before having warm water and we can't hold... More

Booked the Hawarden Villa for a 1 night stay in Llandudno and was really pleased with the choice. The guest house is located close to the pier and within a 5 minute walk to pubs and shops. The owner (Dulcie I believe) is extremely friendly and helpful, rooms large and beds comfortable, and breakfast EXCELLENT. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in a family room with a last minute deal. Dulce was very friendly and accommodating, like a home from home. Very clean and comfortable rooms and the breakfast was lovely. Highly recommended, 5 mins walk from the seafront and the pier. Close to local cafe's, town hall and shopping. 15 mins walk from the rail station and bus station

We stayed in room 6 at the top of the house and found the walk up the stairs very nostalgic. Lots of different memorabilia, creaking floor boards and the smell of polished wood, lovely. Our room was lovely, an eclectic mix of furniture, en suite, small tv and very comfortable beds. We had the family room which has a double... More

We just stayed one night at Hawarden Villa but would have liked to have been there a bit longer. The room was quiet and comfortable and Dulce the owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient - close to the railway station, seafront, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and very generous portions.
