Found this gem in the midst of a terrace of B & B establishments and were truly grateful. The owners Jackie and James extended a very warm welcome, as did Sarah their assistant. The cleanliness and smart furnishings in the rooms, added to the comfortable, relaxed atmosphere throughout our two night stay and the very tasty breakfast offered a variety...

Absolutely fabulous guest house. Nothing is too much trouble for the proprietor James and his wife. They make you feel welcome from the outset. The location is excellent and the rooms located at the front have stunning sea views.

Comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms, nice sea views, James and jackie are excellent and very friendly hosts and a hearty breakfast awaits every morning. Safe parking is not a problem as there is plenty of space down the wide side streets. Can't ask for anything more. We'll be there once more for the jazz festival this year and wouldn't look...

My husband & I wanted a short break due to hubby's ill health over previous months, we found the Brittania by chance online. We cannot praise it enough, the hosts James& Jackie Graham were very welcoming and Sarah who served breakfast was kindness itself. Nothing was too much trouble. We had the small ground floor, twin bedded room by choice,...

The Britannia has great hosts and really good breakfast. The rooms are comfy, and I can't fault it.Its is right on the sea front and only a short walk to many restaurants. We stopped for four nights at the beginning of September and will certainly return.

After a very stressful 6 months this was the perfect place to be. Although 'picked out of the hat' from the net we could not have found a better place for our 3 night break. Care, cleanliness, comfort and consideration where evident all the time. Our thanks to James for his warm - and informative - welcome. It was the...

My group of four have today returned from four wonderful days at this absolute gem of a Guest House. Mine hosts, James and Jackie Graham, were on hand to welcome us to their 'pride and joy' and spared no effort in acquainting us with our accommodation and things to do whilst in and around Llandudno. James's attention to detail and...

We loved our short stay at the Britannia Guest House in Llandudno. Although the weather was blustery, we still enjoyed going up the Great Orme, walking along the boardwalk, going to Conwy Castle. James, the owner, was extremely welcoming and very helpful giving us information on what to see and do, where to eat. Our room was spotlessly clean with...
