Stayed in this guest house overnight, whilst visiting friends and the local area. Very informative, text prior to arrival with details of parking arrangements etc. Room upgrade on arrival, amazing 180 degree view from the bay window. Room really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Full english was tops! Really enjoyed our stay.

Arrived on Friday evening . Duncan was there to meet us. Showed us our room - which was lovely with sea view. Spotlessly clean. Very homely. Breakfast was made to order . Also a great selection of cereals, fruit juice and yoghurts. Cannot wait to return . Thank you

The best and most personal guest service I've ever had at a hotel or B&B! I had a concern with my booking, but Duncan, the owner, quickly sorted everything out for me. He even upgraded us for free since there was a spare room available. Also, the freshly cooked breakfast was delicious! Would thoroughly recommend and I will be staying...

This guest house is just perfect. Lovely people that couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. The room, as was everywhere, was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy and the view was beautiful. It's in an ideal place and the walks were stunning.

The cooked breakfast was really nice and sourced locally. Everywhere is decorated really nicely and was exceptionally clean. Best guest house we've ever stayed at. Can't rate this place highly enough. We will definitely be...

This is the place to be and to stay for your next stop in Eastbourne. Kris and Duncan are the best hosts I've ever met : kind-hearted, friendly, happy to help our group (10 people) for anything we needed, good cook. For breakfast, make up your choice between fried, poached or scrumbled egg and all other ingredients. Delicious. The rooms...
