AMAZING hotel to spend some time away. Brid and Derek have the place humming and are quite an extraordinary couple. Just gorgeous rooms with so much care and attention. Everywhere is finished to a quite extraordinary level. To finish they give you a breakfast to die for. Thank you so much.

We stayed for two nights at the weekend just gone, with our 4 month old baby. Brid and Del were so welcoming, they couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home. No request was too little or too big! We enjoyed drinks at the bar, in peace and quite watching the world go past. We stayed in the family suite on the ground floor which gave us easy access with the pram. Breakfast was lovely and the perfect way to start the day. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

We stayed for a weekend. Wonderful hosts who did everything to make us feel at home. Great breakfast - really nice that they give you the option to select what each person wants. Location is great. The rooms were so cute! Super clean. Free parking which was great as we drove there. Loved it. Would recommend if anyone is going to Eastbourne!

We had a lovely night staying at the New England. It’s location on the Seafront meant we had a view of the sea and it does not take long to walk into town. Parking on the seafront requires payment but there are plenty of side roads with free parking, so parking is not an issue. Our room was very tastefully decorated and contained a little cooler with fresh milk and water. The room was spotlessly clean. Our stay was very relaxing and our room was quiet. Derek and Brid are incredibly welcoming and run an efficient business. The staff at breakfast were all very polite and our breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious! We would thoroughly recommend booking to stay here. Thank you for our lovely stay.

We've just returned from the most fabulous stay in the family room at this fantastic B&B. I cannot rate or recommend it highly enough! Everything was perfect: immaculate rooms, super comfy beds with crisp white sheets, stunning seaside views from our room. The breakfast was amazing - I had the full english and my son had the pancakes - all fresh and really tasty, cooked to perfection. But the best thing about it are the wonderful hosts - Brid and Derek. As well as just being lovely, kind, friendly people, they take huge personal pride in making sure that each guest has the best possible experience and leaves happy and relaxed. We booked our next stay before we left!!
