Spent three nights here over May Day Bank Holiday weekend. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my single room had two (single) beds- as well as copious storage space. The individually controlled heater was also useful, as I was able to turn it off when it was too hot. Breakfast was also of...

I stayed here for one night on a short weekend break. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was large with two comfortable single beds and a good size bathroom. The lounge area was really comfortable and even though it was late at night when my friend and I returned, the man on reception happily served us with...

i have just stayed for a week again at the Palm Court. On my last trip I was with my late husband. this time with a friend in separate rooms. We are both disabled. Once again nothing was too much trouble. Happy friendly service and once more I needed extra pillows, they arrived in minutes. The room was lovely and...

I stayed there for 2 nights recently and can highly recommend it; it is near the elegant parts of the front and only about 12 minutes walk from the station. Comfort for the customer is paramount : a gently sloping ramp outside , heated towel rail in the bathroom and two fine lounges which were heated beautifully at 0730 when...

I spent 6 nights here with a group from The Tuesday Club we are all over 60. We arrived early and were treated to a complimentary tea or coffee, a very nice welcome. The hotel needs a bit of TLC but I think that it is being addressed. There are two lounges one with a TV and the larger of...

Just returned from an overnighter with wife and 2 x young children. Lovely place. Kids welcomed. Nice room, well equipped and v comfy beds. There's a guests lounge plus a larger bar area which I presume is also used for entertainment when it's busier...the kids loved the space and made themselves at home. Free parking provided. A proper British seaside...

Some of the rooms may be in need of updating but it is a clean and well situated hotel. Super breakfast cooked to order, rooms are clean and have everything you need. We arrived after 9 and were greeted by the man running the bar who is a real card! Made us most welcome. Certainly not expensive considering we were...

Checked in quickly at 3.30 and given key and a parking permit for the street outside. The hotel looked wonderful from outside with large colourful floral displays. Arrived back at 10.30 and looked at the two large sitting rooms, one with live music in. The room was comfortable and the bathroom basic but lovely to have a heated towel rail....

We visited Eastbourne to celebrate my mother in laws birthday and the Eastbourne air fest. Having found this hotel via Tripadvisor we weren't disappointed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our twin had ensuite shower with good power from the water supply. The foyer, reception and relaxing bar lounge and quiet lounge were well appointed. We were bed and breakfast...
