I spent 6 nights here with a group from The Tuesday Club we are all over 60. We arrived early and were treated to a complimentary tea or coffee, a very nice welcome. The hotel needs a bit of TLC but I think that it is being addressed. There are two lounges one with a TV and the larger of...

Just returned from an overnighter with wife and 2 x young children. Lovely place. Kids welcomed. Nice room, well equipped and v comfy beds. There's a guests lounge plus a larger bar area which I presume is also used for entertainment when it's busier...the kids loved the space and made themselves at home. Free parking provided. A proper British seaside...

Some of the rooms may be in need of updating but it is a clean and well situated hotel. Super breakfast cooked to order, rooms are clean and have everything you need. We arrived after 9 and were greeted by the man running the bar who is a real card! Made us most welcome. Certainly not expensive considering we were...

Checked in quickly at 3.30 and given key and a parking permit for the street outside. The hotel looked wonderful from outside with large colourful floral displays. Arrived back at 10.30 and looked at the two large sitting rooms, one with live music in. The room was comfortable and the bathroom basic but lovely to have a heated towel rail....

We visited Eastbourne to celebrate my mother in laws birthday and the Eastbourne air fest. Having found this hotel via Tripadvisor we weren't disappointed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our twin had ensuite shower with good power from the water supply. The foyer, reception and relaxing bar lounge and quiet lounge were well appointed. We were bed and breakfast...

Four of us spent two nights at the hotel for the airshow and couldn't be happier. The rooms where spotlessly clean and comfortable. We asked if there were any rooms available for our niece, who had typically decided to join us at the last minute, but the owner said that they where fully booked. Whilst unpacking the phone rang in...

We stayed here as part of an organised group. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfasts were good, cooked to order rather than on a buffet basis, and with substantial portions. Certainly kept us going for much of the day. We also had one evening meal, a group meal, and this was excellent with 3 or 4 choices...

thank you for your review. I do have a query with the review because we do not have a swimming pool! I assume you have muddled us up with another hotel. One of the problems with reviews is that a person doesn't even have had to stay at the property as in this case.

The Palm Court sits very conveniently to all amenities, including the beach, pier, bandstand and shops. The Hotel's public rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There is a smaller lounge for taking 40 winks or having a natter with the larger lounge having a bar and traditional entertainment a couple of times per week. The well-lit and roomy lower ground...
