Really close to the sea and exceeded expectation in terms of what we were expecting when booking. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager. The public seating area was very comfortable and had a nice view of the street. The back garden area was very pleasant and relaxing place for a bit of tea. Highly recommended for the price.

I booked Savoy Court for myself & very elderly father, to meet with family for the Airbourne Show. As it was a late booking, I had a problem finding a twin room in Eastbourne. If I had read some of the comments about this Hotel, I may not have booked it, but I cannot express enough that I would certainly...

Returning guests. There's no other place we'd stay in Eastbourne. We've been coming for our seaside getaway for 3 consecutive years and each visit is exceeded by the next. Splendid hospitality by all staff and helpful friendly management that treat us like family. The rooms are clean, comfortable and suited to our needs. Delightful and entertaining dining experience with the...

One night in Savoy Court Hotel - a last minute booking so not much around to choose from. Very poor value for money. The room was tired and shabby and the shower room a travesty. The shower hose hung limply from the attachment making it impossible to shower properly on the hottest weekend of the year. Could not recommend this...

Stayed one night on a busy summer weekend in a family room. Room was a bit dull in decor but clean and tidy and the beds were perfectly comfy. Likewise the breakfast was perfectly good. All at a decent price considering the excellent location - a stone's throw from the pier (hence the star rating) and the staff were also...

Thank you for your review of our hotel. In response to the points you have made in this review I would like to say that the hotel was redecorated March of this year (2013) according to the style of the hotel. Bare in mind this is a grade 2 listed building and 170 years old. Secondly the toilet seat was...

My daughter and I spent one night in a twin-bedroom. Our room and towels were clean, but the decor and soft furnishings are dull and shabby, much in need of updating. Similarly, the shower and toilet are old and dingy, added to which the hot water went off while she was in the shower, which was a trickle. Being on...
