Thank you for your enquiry. We are a child friendly hotel and cater for children of all ages. We offer a babies package, a childrens package and a teens package depending on the age of the child. Children aged 3 - 12 become members of our 'Junior Crew' and can use our Ofsted approved playroom which is open at weekends and school holidays. The playroom offers a variety of seasonal art & craft activities, board games, stories and DVD's to suit all age groups. For the little ones (under 3) parents must be in attendance. We also offer Family Dining at weekends and during school holidays. Family dining is available in the Garden Restaurant for families with 'Grand Kids' (under 12 years) between 6.00pm - 7.30pm. Children are also allowed in the pool between 8am - 8pm. For more information and prices of our family rooms please contact our Reservations team who will be very happy to assist you.

Is the indoor pool still open. I heard that you had closed it.

Ask the hotel. I would think they allocate certain rooms for dog owners. It's not a stupid question. I wouldn't want to stay in a room where animals are allowed. Some people allow their dogs on beds. No way do I want to be in a bedroom after a dog.
