Hi Charlee the hotel caters very well for customers with disabilities. They have a platform lift which is on the ground floor and this takes you to near the standard lifts-which then go to all floors. This platform lift is operated by the staff and can take wheelchairs/scooters. The pier is just across the road, but there's not alot of dropped kerbs - which my partner found quite annoying on his mobility scooter! The Hotel are reasonable with the drink prices. More or less the same as you'd pay in a pub. Hope this helps.
