We stayed at Bassets House for 2 nights back in July just after coming out of lockdown. Catherine and Howard had gone to every effort to make our stay as comfortable and as safe as possible. The whole place was spotless and they were on hand with everything we could have needed. The room was spacious with a great shower. Breakfast was fantastic and again felt very safe. The location is perfect for exploring both the local area and beyond. Would definitely recommend to all.

Me and my partner stayed at Bassets House B&B for 4 days in September 2020. We would like to thank the hosts, Catherine and Howard, for their fantastic hospitality. They were so friendly and kind. The B&B is in the perfect location on Eastbourne sea front. The B&B had all the hand sanitisers and procedures to comply with the Covid 19 restrictions. It was clean, quiet and the breakfasts were delicious. I would highly recommend staying at Bassets House if you are taking a trip to Eastbourne.

This was our 5th year here and again it was simply excellent. It is very very clean and Covid safe with Howard and Catherine issuing the guidelines which were clear and concise and easy to follow. They were again the perfect hosts and great with the kids. Yet again Howard's breakfast was simply awesome and so delicious. I think MasterChef beckons for Howard!!!! Great location too. Both Catherine and Howard are so friendly and nice it is a pleasure to stop with them. Can't wait to go back there in 2021. The Fry's will be back!!!

Hi Stu, Thanks for the great review. I'm not sure about MasterChef. There are only so many ways to cook the same breakfast! Practice makes perfect though! See you again soon.
