We have just spent 1 night at this stunning hotel celebrating my wife's birthday. It is an absolute gem. The reception team did everything possible to make my wife's birthday very special and memorable. We booked a partial sea view and was offered the closest room to the sea front to make the most of our room package. The room was spotless and had everything you needed to be very comfortable but after seeing the stunning sea views on offer, we decided to upgrade to a full sea view and it was so worth the extra. Room 402 had a huge comfy bed with the best pillows ever! The bathroom is part of the bedroom with frosted glass doors to the large shower and toilet. I want to point out, the doors are glass but not see through! We didnt feel like our privacy was compromised at all. A coffee machine, with as many pods as you like, was a nice addition. Theres a mini fridge full of drinks but we made space in it for our own water and beer. The room also had some other nice touches, just in case you'd forgotten something! ... Bathrobe and slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush, sewing kit, shoe shine, tissues, hair comb, razor and ear buds! The sun shines on the sea view balcony pretty much morning til evening. If you can stretch your budget, a sea view room really does have a jaw dropping view. We actually left our curtains open at bedtime to make sure we didn't miss the sunrise. We used the pool area for an hour which was very clean but because our visit was during November we didn't get in the pools. Towels are available from the daytime restaurant. We visited the spa for an hour too and enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna. Now to the restaurant..... We had such a great dining experience both evening and breakfast. In the evening, we were greeted by a very friendly member of the team with a miniature jug of sangria. Another nice touch! Seated by the window. The hotel had kindly put a bottle of bubbly and a birthday muffin in our room for my wife. We took the bubbly to the restaurant and enjoyed it with our meal. A Free bottle of water was also brought automatically to our table. We thoroughly enjoyed 6 mini courses of tasty food. Started with a very fresh salad, secondly blue cheese pizza, third course of majorcan soup (chicken with potatoes) then we enjoyed the fresh show cooking of pork kebabs (freshly cooked fish and chicken was also available) followed by course 5 of roast pork (melted in our mouths) with delicious roast potatoes and green vegetables and finished with a trio of ice creams and a chocolate brownie. There was so much more to chose from but we simply couldn't fit it all in. All of the food was beautifully presented and so tasty. Breakfast was just as good.. We tucked into most things in small quantities but the highlights for us were fresh fruit smoothies, an orange press to make your very own fresh orange juice, fresh honeycomb, made to order egg omelettes and pancakes, cava, all varieties of cereals with nuts and dried fruit, fresh fruit with yoghurt, yoghurt with fruit and muesli in mini pots, a huge bread selection and finally the usual hot food offerings of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and beans. This is a very good adults only hotel just 15 mins from Palma. ( The local bus stop is on road outside buses into Palma ran every 15 mins or so all day and evening. ) It is a great location with pool area terrace offering great views up and and down the coast. We stayed B&B so have no feedback on the restaurant. The breakfast buffet options were as expected for this standard of hotel. All the staff we engaged with were helpful and friendly. There is sandy beach a short walk away otherwise there is just a small pebble beach. We stayed in a side sea view room that was clean, comfortable with comfy beds. The room had a very contemporary style that mostly worked except for the sink area. Quite possible a design sacrifice to provide a nice big shower. It was not a major issue but was more about aesthetic design than function that could be improved very simply by extending the rear screen down to counter top so that it could act as a splash back. As it is, water when washing face always spilled into the kettle area. …

We’ve been staying here for seven years and absolutely love the place. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and stylish and the views are picture perfect. Pool area is a sun trap and never too busy, likewise the private beach. Special mention to Ivonne who works the pool bar; she’s been a friendly face on every visit and nothing is too much trouble.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely quiet area but easy to hop into Palma city or Palma nova for the day! Great service in hotel and staff were lovely…would definitely return to this hotel. The pool area is great with its own little private beach. Views from pool area were amazing and it was quite a peaceful place to stay. A few great little places to eat nearby and would recommend Bar Illetas just a minutes walk from the hotel…lovely atmosphere and a very welcoming place.

Comtemporary hotel for adults only so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Newly furnished rooms with large comfortable bed and spacious balcony area. Lovely outdoor pool area with whirlpool combined with a free to use spa area with jacuzzi, swimmimg pool, sauna & steam room, plenty of comfy sun beds.

Beautiful Clean hotel ! View spectacular from the pool. Room was small but bed really comfortable with lots of pillows. Breakfast buffet big fresh and delicious! Drink’s good and prices fair. Plenty of loungers at pool. Wellness circuit nice down stairs. I had an amazing facial today with Julia in the spa. My regret is I didn’t book more massage because she is fabulous!!!!!! I should have booked a room with a balcony…. Next time for sure. Michela (hope I got her name right). Was just amazing helping us with any questions or making plans Thanks for a lovely experience!!!

Hotel was clean and room was meeting expectations ! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful ! Overall very nice service by the hotel staff and especially by one of the workers ( Ivonne ) at the blue restaurant next to the pool. Ivonne was so friendly and helpful and always did the little extra for us and she was always smiling and happy. We ate the hotel breakfast during our stay and it was a lot of options at different buffet tables and fruit and vegetables were fresh. Very satisfied with our 5 days stay at this Hotel.

We stayed here and was very happy with our 3 day break. 20 mins from the airport and 15 to Palma so it’s in a good location to explore. Lots of good bars and restaurants nearby as well as beaches with a short walk. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful and we were always made to feel special. Rooms were good, clean and modern and relatively spacious. Pool was lovely and you could swim in the sea which is pretty much an extension to the pool. The sea is amazing with superb visibility and lots of marine life so bring goggles. Breakfast was 5 star but we felt the pool side snacks could be better hence the mark down from a 5 to a 4. It was a lovely stay though and would definitely book this hotel again. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for a lovely few days.

We have been many times and for us the perfect hotel , 18 minutes by ta I from the airport, lovely reception area and staff , we have stayed in every degree of room and just fabulous view overlooking the sea so worth the upgrade , the choice of buffet for us is perfect breakfast and evening meal The pool area is again just right , we go in May and sept so virtually out of season so do not know what it’s like in the summer but for us the times we go cannot be better , the only extra bit to add is to thank the whole team yiu will always see the management helping out and a credit to the hotel but if we had to single out one member then it would be Yvonne always has a smile helpful and nothing is too much I would recommend this hotel

We were extremely impressed by this beautiful hotel! The location ( a short distance from the center of Palma, but walking distance into the near by village streets) was superb! Ocean access from the rocks (rock ladder) allowed for many pristine , private swims in nice warm ocean water. Although some may prefer staying adjacent to an expansive sandy beach, we felt that sandy beaches are available all over the world/everywhere, so we loved this unique setting on the Balearic Sea. Access into the clear blue sea was directly from the natural coastline...spectacular experience! The pool is beautiful and is excellently maintained. Our biggest pleasant surprise was the spa (below the pool) with jacuzzi and indoor pool with jets, in this lovely "zen" setting..... and of course we shouldn't leave out the steam room (where I remained happily for a solid 20 mins!) and sauna. The breakfast (included in our price) was superb, with an expansive variety of freshly prepared foods...and a self serve Mimosa station.... the joys of an adult only hotel. We did not eat dinner at the restaurant by had lunch by the pool and found the menu and food quality excellent. On our last night in Mallorca (finishing up a 2 week long adventure in Morocco and Spain) we ended on a high note at the hotel, Blue Bar, with excellent live entertainment...which of course meant we had to dance! The hotel was updated with beautiful finishes and kept very clean and the staff very courteous. Our hotel room on the 3rd floor facing the ocean was clean and with a great balcony/view. The room itself was perfectly acceptable, but was somewhat basic and plain in appearance. No complaints at all...just pointing that out. You will be very happy spending your vacation in this hotel! …
