I was there in September. The hotel is quite expensive (we paid about 600 euros per night) The location of the hotel is great just as the pool and terrace area. Lots of choice for breakfast as well. Yet, I had room 414 and the AC is not working at all, I could barely sleep. Regarding service some of the staff are fantastic and some are well below a 5 star service. I had to wait 8 hours to get my room clean and we had asked for a double bed and we had twin bed. We asked to book Jetski and we had to wait for 5 hours to get a proposal that was 50 euros more expensive than another company we found by ourselves. To my mind this hotel is more like a good 4 star

While glad about your appreciation of our stunning location and facilities, we do regret to know that service provided was not up to your expectations. We are surprised about the comments related to the staff professionalism since we consider it our greatest asset which all of our guests as so fond of, praising attentive care and daily efforts to convert each journey into exceptional experiences. Our strength is the guest relations activity we daily dedicate to the guests in order to create personal connections and follow up each stay providing support when needed. In reference to the air conditioning, although we have not had any issue during the whole season, we investigated about your room, realizing that we do not have any track of it. However, we double-checked the room without detecting any anomaly. Likewise as to the room cleaning, I trust you accept that it is not reflective of our normal standards of service, neither what you relate about the concierge service. Nevertheless, it might happen to wait for answers from external providers. Finally, we are disappointed to have let you down and even though each comment represents an improvement tool for us, we would have appreciated to have a direct contact with you while at the hotel in order to promptly intervene and try to give you a different perspective of our services. A unique experience, the hotel is spectacular, right on the beach and with a real relaxed vibe. What makes this hotel special, is by far the service, the attention to every detail and the attentive staff. Superb hotel and excellent staff! Beautiful scenery, great pools. Just all you need for a relaxing break or vacation. Breakfast was excellent everything and more. Surely one of the best hotels on the islands. Rooms was great, clean, comfortable.

Our first visit to this lovely hotel the views take your breath away !! Hard to fault anything about our stay .. from a quick check in to turn down .. staff were so helpful and nothing too much trouble ! We stayed RL in this visit and had access to the lounge and all that comes with it .. Beautiful room on the 7th floor spacious with lovely balcony and the amazing view of the ocean.. breakfast was excellent lots to choose from.. everywhere is super clean they think of everything .. the only thing was our stay wasn’t long enough .. cannot wait to return .. highly recommend !

Great hotel, great location, the staff are amazing. The only slight gripe would be the air conditioning is not efficient enough, and is non existent in the corridors. But all in all a great stay and we will return. We visited first 7 days in September. Stayed in a res level room.
