This hotel is great. I had a room on the 11th floor. View was not that really nice as it was facing the middle of the building beside but the room was fancy. Room was also very clean. Service was great too. Restaursnt for breakfast was quite crowded. But I don’t mind. Will definitely comeback here

The curtain in the room doesn't cover the windows leaving a big gap. The shower door can't be closed or easily open. The corridor in the lobby and the elevator area is very crowded. The breakfast is very crowded. The bed is super soft and uncomfortable.

Everything was great. The hotel is very central in Bergen close to Busstation. Breakfast is more than enough, with many choices, the employee are friendly, room was clean, and also I recomand the restaurant at 13th floor for a nice dinner.

Very nice hotel price-quality. Ideally located to explore Bergen for a couple of days. The bed is great, and there is a nice rainshower. Include the breakfast buffet during your stay, you will not be disappointed. It has everything you can think of. Try to be a little bit earlier as it can get quite crowded, especially on weekends. There is a big parking ByGarasjen (2min walk) close to the hotel which costs 180 NOK per 24h (May 2022).

We like the location and breakfast, but the room was too little for a family. The sound isolation was terrible, and we had a very bad night once, because of a weeding. The music was laud, and the vibrations (of the music and the dancing) Were horrible. The staff offered us earplugs…

Our family rooms are 18 - 23 m² and includes bunk beds. For your next visit may I suggest reserving one of our suites which can be fitted with extra beds as you found our family rooms small. We did indeed have a wedding in Roast on Saturday May 28th, as the hotel was fully booked we were unable to relocate you to another family room with less noise disturbance hence why we offered you earplugs. We stayed at Scandic Ørnen for 2 nights. We had perfect view from the room. The room was big, clean, and everything was amazing. The cleaning service, the staff at the breakfast room and the reception. Everybody is polite, they do their best to help you with everything you may need. The breakfast is rich and fresh. All the places inside the hotel are very clean. We are really happy and satisfied for staying at Scandic. We hope we come back some day. Thank you for making our day fabulous.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and we had a fabulous stay at Scandinavian Ornen. The room is good size, cosy bed, clean and the bed well made. We also like the heated bathroom floor. I’ve requested a cake and fruit platter for each room and they accommodate my request (notes - extra charge) but I’m please that they acknowledge my request. And buffet breakfast was great and well presented.
