We had 3 adults spent only one night. We paid the same amount as a 4 star hotel in Vienna for one night!!! The room had 3 beds, table and chairs. The washroom was in very poor standard. If you take one shower, the whole washroom become wet. Terrible!!! However the bed sheets and towels are clean. Thank God! Breakfast was good. Costs only 95 NOK. The view from our bedroom is a caravan, not mountains. When we booked this place, there were many vacant hotels in Trondheim city. Prices are not so much different either eccept the car park. But it is worth paying those parking fee, stay in a much better hotel for same price! The hotel receptionist told me because of an event in Trondheim, the city hotels are fully occupied. The market decides the price! So ridiculous. No credibility at all! I would not recommend this place unless they reduce the prices. Better find a hotel in the city.…
I booked a single room for one night after late arrival at Trondheim airport (about 40 min drive). The bathroom was shared. The room was rather small, but had everything in it (chair, heater, towels, TV etc.). Good /strong wifi was included. The room itself and the shared bathroom were very clean! As I arrived after ours, my keys were looked outside the reception (including WiFI code), so no problem. I told the reception via email my arrival time and got a respond within minutes. The ca. 400 NOK included a nice breakfast. No 5* of course, but everything included what you could expect. And again, the breakfast room was very clean (and the table were cleaned twice during my breakfast). Everybody at the Motel has been very friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again and would recommend everyone who just needs to stay the night.…
We where 3 friends on road trip in Norway. This was our first stop. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We where treated on free waffles when we checked in, that's always a winner in my eyes. The room was descent. big rooms with comfortable beds. We had rooms with private bathroom. The bathroom was a bit small, where you shower under a meter from the toilet, that was the biggest minus with this place, else it was a great stay
I chose this place because of the location, going to an event nearby. For this price I expected something close to decent... Luckily I came earlier than expected, because in my room all heating was turned off. Not down, but completely off, in late November. Since I was there early there was time to heat the room before I went to sleep. The floor was sticky in places and I found remains of crisps under the table. I told the reception about this the next morning (also about the temperature the previous day), they apologised and promised to sort it out. When I returned in the evening the floor was less sticky, but not clean and still crisps on the floor... My unused (but hung) towels were changed, though. Cheap bedlinen of the kind that makes you either cold or sweaty. Room is badly isolated also, coming back after dark there was a distinct line of light coming through the door when I locked myself in. I believe breakfast was the only thing good about this place. Next time I will choose one of the cheaper hotels near the city centre, or the hotel just a couple of kilometres away that is about the same price. This one is definitely not worth it.…
The rooms are very clean and comfortable the only problem is that you have to pay 20 Kornas for 6 minutes of shower that is the only bad thing ... but the staff is awesome very helpful and kind and at night I got to see the norther lights because this place is far from the city but the bus stop is very close I will recommend you if you use the bus to download the app of the bus line and pay there for time instead of trips this will give u unlimited trips for certain amount of money instead of paying 50 koronas for each trip form the hotel to the city ! But the place is overall very cool !
An excellent place if you are after budget but not luxury. Right by the main road leading in to Trondheim centrum from south, but not walking distance (unless you don't mind long walks) They offer a good, but simple breakfast. Boiled eggs, warm coffee. They also have parking place for you camper if you prefer to travel in your own mobile home. Bit short on connections to electric, but a high grade of self service here.
The rooms are clean and convenient. Bus line to Trondheim is near and easy to use. We had a great stay, and the breakfast is awesome! Love the afternoon waffles. Only negative thing was the audible traffic/trucks. Seems a bit like a truck stop.
We were tired and a motel next to the E6 was a quick solution. Small room, two bedrooms, kitchen, shower - sink - toilet together. Opulent and varied breakfast significantly improved whole stay at a motel. The staff was friendly and the price for services rendered acceptable. Goot choice for one or two nights.
Nothing special here. Clean average size room (for Norway). Free parking onsite, handy to the E-6 freeway. Nice pizza place closeby. Breakfast pretty good. Let us take away coffee when we left. Front desk clerks very helpful. We arrived on a Sunday and they went out of their way to help us find a place for dinner.
WE got the spear room, and got a nice price, we avoid the brakfast, and choose to go elsewhere. is leying on the road coming from south of the city, easy to find.... Clean room, and unexperienced staff...
