The hotel is located near the river Nidelv and the famous wooden houses/buildings along it. It is in walking distance also to Nidarosdomen, the famous church building. Air bus stops nearby. As always a good varied breakfast is served early in the morning. Comfortable rooms for a good nights sleep. A place to return to

The hotel is nice. The room is also nice. The only problem is that when I stayed there, they were doing renovation. They were working from 7:30am which is annoying for people like me who wants to sleep a little bit longer in the morning. Why not close the hotel or atleast around 10am. They tried to find solution by moving me to another room. But the noise is all over. So call them before making any booking. As they said it was stated in their website about the renovation but I did not see anything about it.

So much money and I got a room with a view over the breakfast area. The electric system inside belog to another century, when you had to use your lighter to find the switch. Disappointing, considering the very high rate I paid.

Quality hotel which is exceptionally clean and rooms are wonderful. Beautiful views out to the river and we were given an upgrade to a room that blew us away. Breakfast is a must here. Excellent selection. Best I’ve seen if I’m honest

The Hotel is walking distance from any place to visit downtown; there are many facilities around the Hotel, shopping area, food courts, etc. Taxi is right there in front of the lobby and there is an inside parking garage with easy access to the lobby. Will stay here again for sure when we are back to visit Trondheim area!

During my 6 night stay the room was never cleaned. Only cover the bed without even so much accuracy is once the towels have been changed. Normally having four pillows in the bed two should be hard and two soft so you can choose but instead all four pillows were too soft, I slept really uncomfortable. The temperature in the room never exceeded 18 degrees and I therefore had to sleep in long trousers and a woolen shirt. The only positive note was the breakfast, very good. For the rest better to change the hotel

The room was in bad conditions, really old and not taking care of. There was huge marks on the walls, bad floor, lots of dust in the floor and glasses, the mirror was fixed with tape, the sofa was having multiple spots,. I can’t believe this is a Radisson… we felt like we were in some student room after a party. Was a big disappointment, I didn’t went to complain because we had really no time, but if I had it, for sure I would have done it personally.

I enjoyed the room with his amazing view and beautiful design. The reception crew is very helpful too. There was some noise during the day and the Gym was closed because they renovate the hotel, but it was announced and during the night it was silent.

I had to cancel my trip at short notice due to illness - I would have thought post pandemic hotels would be more understanding of this, but sadly they wouldn't even off me a credit note or a date change - unimpressed and it means I won't choose to stay here on future visits to Trondheim, so extremely short sighted of them to lose out of future business.
