Perfect location, spacious room and friendly staff. The staircase is really steep and narrow and not much fun to walk up with your luggage and there was no shower curtain. There was a kitchenette in the room and you have free wifi. Would stay again.

Stayed here one night. It's OK, room is quite small, ours overlooked main street so a bit noisy, kitchenette is minute, there is no kettle but you can get coffee without milk from reception (down 2 flights of stairs). But getting the case up these 2 flights of narrow stairs, was exhausting. Bathroom has no shower curtain so you need...

Staying in Norway is expensive, there's no doubt about it.. but this is the best value we have found for a private room. Room was very clean, bathroom wonderful and new like, location fantastic for downtown Trondheim .. bonus was fact that the room we got had a little fridge and hot plate equipped with just what you need for...

Stayed here 3 nights at the end of a major heatwave. It was a good thing that it was the end of the heat since there was little air movement and no cooling abilities. The beds were thin but overall comfortable. The bathroom was larger than the bedroom, and the shower was the entire bathroom. The kitchenette was minimal (no...

I traveled alone so I rented a small room for one person. The room was nice with a small kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The bed was comfy and there was a TV. If you sleep poorly, it should be mentioned that it can be heard a little noise when people walk in the hallway. I asked the receptionist that...

No view at all to speak of however I had a single room with cooker, fridge, sink and en suite. All clean and tidy with free coffee on tap 24/7 which in Norway does save you a few quid! So also was the ability to cook your own food. The staff were not only pleasant but very helpful especially when...

If you end up there, better not look under the beds or under the pillow cases and duvet cases : the filthiest I have ever seen anywhere. The reception is sometimes helpful and sometimes icy, almost rude, depending on the person there. Don't count on your room being cleaned every day either. A shame for such a nice city

We arrived about 2130 and they had concluded we weren't coming, despite my confirmed reservatiion. They put us up in the Thon Princess hotel just down the street instead and paid the difference in price. I think we got the better of the deal as the Princess included breakfast. It did take about 15 minutes for the desk clerk to...

Clear directions were sent to me prior to my arrival, and it is about a 10-15 walk from the station. The room was a good size with a little kitchen (fridge, hot plates and sink) and a heated bathroom. It was basic but suitable for the price. Great wifi. The room was quiet - I could hear my neighbours coming...

Centrally located and adequate for a city tri if you don't expect anything special but a reasonable price. Free WiFi, a little kitchen. Ordinary rooms, but hygiene could be much better with a dirty fridge and a Smela bathroom... Rooms facing the street are Esther loud due to single glazing and a tramway line passing by.

“Ask when you give them a phone or email! My room was near to the reception which was handy for coffee and my endless questions and charging my phone etc BUT, some others may be quieter.. It is on the Main Street so Higher up front rooms may have a better view. I was not caring. I had just spent a week walking in the Mountains so a comfy bed and a shower where my priorities !”
