I stayed in this hotel for two nights this time. I had booked a standard room. As I came to the room, I noticed a whistling noise from the bathroom. The ventilation at the bathroom was the source of the noice. Lack of attention from the cleaners had allowed dust and dirt to accum

Breakfast was delicious(!)

Only negative thing is the elevators. They open on 2 sides, one for the cleaners(you end up in a dirty staicase) They should disable the possibility for guests to end up there.(even if it ment

naughty and petty staff who served wine for the food, even after two direct questions about if it was included for dinner or not, then to claim all dinner guests £ 14, in payment for a glass of wine. No signs of self-criticism or goodwill on the wine that was wrongly served!

What tv channels do you have in the room? Any english channels?
The hotel also has BBC World News Channel, as well as MAX, which has many English TV programmes. But, surprisingly, the hotel does not have a wide selection of TV channels, so the usual channels like NatGeo and Discovery are missing. Cannot understand why they have stopped offering these channels. The usual film channels are also now missing from Scandic hotels, again another cutback.
