After leaving Oslo this time and we tried this hotel to compare to our last stay at The Hub! Yes, off course, different league but really good with the suit on top floor with balcony/big terrace, to bad there was nothing to sit on… and good breakfast (again, off course, not even close to The Hub) nice and really friendly staff!! But it would be mandatory with a refrigerator in this room…?
One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever ever experienced in my many years of travel! Also fast internet suitable for working. Really appreciated both of these things. And I also enjoyed the green-friendly approach of cleaning rooms less frequently. Thank you!
I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Hotel Børsparken. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was impressed with the breakfast on offer which had a great selection including cooked items, cereals, pastries, yoghurts and more. Highly recommend visiting the balcony on the 8th floor which has stunning views of the city. I have already booked to return soon.
Location is good, not in the middle of the city centre, but only a 5 minute walk and you’re there. I got a quite small room, which was ok as I was staying in the room alone. Bigger rooms exists, as I stayed with family with different rooms in different floors and also got a look at their rooms. I have stayed at this hotel before, years ago, and there has been an upgrade to the rooms since. The breakfast is extremely crowded, it is difficult to find a table. The food is simple, but good. Staff is friendly and very helpful. One of the nights it was a long queue in the hotel bar, with one new guy alone at work, so it was a lot of waiting to buy drinks. I slept good and the bed was comfortable. An average hotel, I would say.
Breakfast, staff and location was good, but that was about the only good thing about this place. The room was facing to a drab inner narrow courtyard facing into other rooms, the third bed was very comfortable, but had no reading light of wall plug there, and the overall lighting in the room was too dim and badly distributed. The room layout was very squeezy, even though the bathroom with combined bathtub and shower was more spatious than needed.
Overall room was fine very comfortable bed. Not the biggest room reminding me of a dorm room. Great location to the opera house and grand central station as well as the mall of Oslo Very good breakfast had all the regulars, staff were very nice and helpful
great location to explore Oslo close to all infrastructure. Really good breakfast and good starting and closeing time with plenty of space to sit down and find a table. staff excellent rooms excellent.
Good location next to Oslo S, The Opera and Karl Johan! Everything within walking distance. We had a family room with a «loft» bed and a good sized room. Could probably fit a family with 2 kids easily! Breaksfast was OK, it’s a part of Nordic Choices «comfort», as in «cheaper» versions, but quite OK… The hotel has a gym downstairs, this is a crossfit gym and gets crowded fast. The crossfit excerices uses a lot of space. There is also 3-4 treadmills and a cycle machine. Service was good and we would recommend the hotel if you’re planning a trip to Oslo.
Good location in the heart of Oslo, gym facility inside the hotel which is nice, breakfast is fine. No daily cleaning for a room paid 100€ per night, unacceptable. No towels changed, bed was not made, no change of bins inside the rooms for 4 days, the hotel says it's for the environment but really it's just to cut costs. This is a scam and as an hôtelier I am really angry at this. No fridge in the room but the reception staff can put your items in a private fridge thankfully.
Looks nothing like the photos, low budget, breakfast is meh...they don't clean the rooms everyday and oh I was racially profiled by one miss Barbara ,only upside is that its close to the city centre and that's just it
